Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Any additional courier handling fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, VLH is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


6. Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items).

  2. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  3. For lost packages, contact us if tracking shows delivered but not received.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Resolution timelines depend on carrier investigation procedures.
